The Aube is the southernmost winegrowing region in Champagne and provides incredible value in an otherwise expensive category of wine. Vouette & Sorbée is one of the few growers in Champagne to be certified biodynamic and their wines have become an addiction of ours at Marsh House. Fidèle is 100% Pinot Noir and drinks like a rosé accidentally made its way into your glass, just to make your day that much better. AT $20 a glass, I hope you find as much pleasure in drinking these bubbles as we do.
