Sommelier Tim Rawding and PGA Teaching Professional Virgil Herring talk Europe vs USA, and how this semi-annual battle can easily move from the golf course to the winery.
On the Wednesday night before the Ryder Cup, Sommelier Tim Rawding will present a tableside version of the Ryder Cup as he challenges France’s most notorious grape varietals with America’s best renditions. As guests blind taste and judge classic bottlings of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, PGA Teaching Professional Virgil Herring will get us thinking about how these match ups might mimic the battles to come during the Ryder Cup in Paris. Accompanied by a three course meal expertly crafted by Chef Nathan Duensing, this debate and dining experience will tee off on Wednesday September 26th with glasses in the air at 7:30 pm sharp.
