“Every Wednesday, I will pull some of my favorite wines from our cellar at Marsh House to pour by the glass. I am excited to share with you wines that aren’t often available to taste, and to have conversations that lead to... well, opening more bottles! During the month of March we are focusing on my favorite region in the world, chablis. At the northern tip of Burgundy, not far from the slopes of Champagne, Chardonnay is put under constant stress of frost, potential hail and unpredictable weather patterns. But when the stars align and the limestone rich soils of Chablis give Chardonnay the energy it needs, there is no greater white wine for the table. Come enjoy $1 happy hour oysters alongside some of our favorite expressions from Chablis every Wednesday in March!”

The single parcel of Vaudecorse is a hidden gem tossed amongst the sun bathed Premier Cru vineyards of Chablis. The children of Gilbert Picq are in control of this incredible estate and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share this bold juice. At $15 a glass, expect a riper and more concentrated version of Chablis that might call for a richer dish on the table
