This week featuring: Erste - Neue Muller Thurgau
Not to jump ahead, but I can’t help thinking about April showers brings May flowers when I drink this wine. This Müller Thurgau from the northern tip of Italy, bordering on Austria and the Sound of Music, is almost like smelling a field of flowers and then drinking wine so fresh it tastes like rain water. But, Since we are playing the “out Like a Lamb” card, let’s also talk about soft and gentle this white bottling is. At $10 a glass, good luck having just one….ray, a drop of golden sun.
